1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl7yyy ("jl7yyy," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jl7yyy online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services available at jl7yyy.net and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the jl7yyy Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2. Eligibility

• You are accessing jl7yyy from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jl7yyy, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jl7yyy or any relevant regulatory authority;
• You have not previously had a jl7yyy account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

jl7yyy reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jl7yyy may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jl7yyy. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. jl7yyy employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jl7yyy reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled wagers, and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must keep your account information current at all times. jl7yyy is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you. Any material misrepresentation in your registration details constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl7yyy account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jl7yyy will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified jl7yyy of unauthorized access.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jl7yyy operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. jl7yyy may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl7yyy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, subject to availability and applicable limits: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jl7yyy does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or anonymous payment instruments.

4.2 Own-Name Payments Only

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned to the source, less any applicable transaction fees, and the receiving jl7yyy account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, as published on the jl7yyy Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. jl7yyy reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. jl7yyy aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, which vary by payment method. jl7yyy reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jl7yyy may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

jl7yyy reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, as well as potential account suspension.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jl7yyy operate using a certified random number generator (RNG) that is independently audited on a quarterly basis. Return-to-player (RTP) rates for each game are published on the Platform and verified by third-party auditors. jl7yyy does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence individual game results.

Each game on jl7yyy is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. Wagers placed are final once confirmed by the system. jl7yyy is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jl7yyy's records shall be the definitive reference for determining the outcome of any disputed round. Where a malfunction voids a game round, any wager placed for that round will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl7yyy and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform's operation or other players' experience;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise dealing in jl7yyy account credentials or balances.

8. Responsible Gaming

jl7yyy is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the Platform. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take seriously our obligation to provide tools and resources that help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jl7yyy players and are enforced at the system level:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl7yyy Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, animations, audio, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of jl7yyy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without jl7yyy's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl7yyy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

jl7yyy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl7yyy account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl7yyy does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. jl7yyy is not responsible for any loss or damage to your device, software, or data arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

jl7yyy collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the jl7yyy Privacy Policy. jl7yyy's data practices are aligned with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the guidelines of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jl7yyy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jl7yyy will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

jl7yyy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jl7yyy reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, jl7yyy may forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by law, any real-money balances associated with fraudulent activity.

You may close your jl7yyy account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the timeframe specified by jl7yyy, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jl7yyy, you agree to first contact jl7yyy's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
